The Form lays the foundation upon which all the other sets are built. The Form exercises the body without strain, calming the mind.

The Dance stimulates the mind, helps you to gather energy and is beneficial if you are feeling at a low ebb.

The Stick builds self-confidence, teaching balance and co-ordination.

LFA Vol 4A T'ai Chi Silk
The Silk aids balance and breath control, using soft flowing movements. Teaches us to find the circles, within our movements, shows us how to bend and yield like a tree in the wind.

LFA Vol 5A T'ai Chi Sword
There is a subtle essence hidden within the sword as it exercises the wrists, shoulders and fingers, at the same time improving balance and co-ordination.

• The Teaching Lesson. Each video is broken down into five easy to follow lessons, and each lesson is further broken down into three sections teaching the feet positions, then the co-ordination of the hands, followed by the harmonising of the breath with the movements.
  

• At the end of the fifth lesson Sheila invites you to join with her and practice the full fifty movements to the relaxing music of VOYAGER which has been especially composed for the series.
  

Terms and Conditions:

A. Delivery: All orders are despatched on the same day that the money is debited to the customer's credit card. In the event that stock is not available then we will email the customer and keep them informed of the delivery date and the customer always has the option to cancel any out of stock items. No money will be debited to the customer's credit card before the goods are despatched. We will despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or contact the customer by email.

B. Returns: In the event that a product is returned due to faulty materials or workmanship within 10 days of purchase excluding misuse by the recipient we will refund the value in question and our liability is limited to this amount.

C. Refunds: Upon receipt of the returned goods within 10 days of purchase refunds will be either credited back to the customer's credit card or we will send a cheque to the person and address on the order on the same day that the returned goods are received by us.

D. Cancellation of Order. The order system on the LFA Website allows customers to cancel their order at various stages and pay-pal System also allows customers to cancel their order at various stages prior to confirming the purchase is required.

E. Note: All people who purchase the LFA Health Arts products and all who practice the exercises and movements therein should consult their doctor before such practice to ensure their suitability for the intended individual who will practice the exercises and movements. The LFA Health Arts and Stairway Distribution Limited disclaim any liability for loss or injury in connection with the advice and exercises included in the products.
